Our People

Management and administration

• Andrew Berkley – General Manager

  Andrew joined LFC in February 2004 and directs and manages all areas of quality control at the Centre, including the recruitment of staff, HR issues, appraisals, the writing and implementation of new policies, reviewing procedures and protocols, risk management procedures and the maintenance of health and safety standards. Andrew oversees the running of the Quality Management System and is the Registered Manager with respect to the Healthcare Commission and is the Centre’s Complaints Officer. Previously, Andrew worked as a Senior Regulatory Officer at the Human Fertilisation and Embryology Authority (HFEA). His work covered all areas of regulatory duties associated with managing a portfolio of centres including inspecting licensed fertility centres. The procedures that he has put in place have significantly contributed to the improved running of the Centre. Andrew has a BSc in Human Genetics and is a keen football fan supporting Liverpool Football Club.

• Cherelle Rustin – HR & Quality Management Co-Ordinator

  Cherelle joined LFC in June 2002 as the Appointments Secretary and has since been promoted to the role of Human Resources and Quality Management Coordinator. She deals with HR issues and the administration involved with the Quality Management System. In her spare time she enjoys travelling, reading and cooking.

• Sofia Flyckt – Egg Donation Co-Ordinator/Information Officer

  Sofia joined LFC in 2001 as a receptionist but quickly moved on to be the appointment secretary in the beginning of 2002. She then joined Sarah late 2002 to coordinate the egg donation programme. Sofia also managed the reception at LFC before going back to the Logan Centre full time. They work together to provide care and coordination for all patients going through egg donation or surrogacy treatment in the UK or overseas. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with friends and family and supporting the Swedish Football Team from across the North Sea.

• Ania Siniecka – Finance Assistant

  Ania joined the Centre on the 4th January 2005 as a trainee accountant. Her initial employment involved AAT and Sage computer programme training. This lead on to providing a cashier and book keeping service within the accounts department. Recently, her role has been expanded to undertake credit control. Ania’s interests are music, walking, film and literature.

• Margaret Fox – Receptionist

  Margaret joined LFC in August 2004 and is the longest serving member of the present reception team. She has previously held several positions in the medical field elsewhere and enjoys contact with the patients. Outside of work her first love is sailing and she twice took part in the "Round the Island Race". She is now the proud owner of a large motor yacht which will hopefully become home in the near future. Other interests include reading, theatre, socialising and spending time with her family.

• Agnieszka Kwiatkowska – Reception Supervisor

  Aga, as she prefers to be known joined LFC in September 2007. Before joining LFC family she worked in busy Private Members Club, which gave her a good attitude to deal with our demanding clinic environment. Since March 2010 Aga has taken a new role as a Reception Supervisor. In her spare time she enjoys travelling, reading, art, history and cooking.

• Sylwia Gawor - Receptionist

  Sylwia joined London Fertility Centre's reception team in December 2008. Previously she has been employed by one of the London's hospitals, which provided her with an opportunity to gain first experience in medical sector. She enjoys working with patients and is always willing to help. In her spare time, Sylwia enjoys many activities including cycling, swimming, roller skating and climbing. She also enjoys reading, going to the cinema and listening to music.
